I received the package yesterday - I was very excited. I have tried the easy sprout and today I can start to see the little sprouts - very exciting. I have just received my order and let me tell you the coco clusters has been an instant hit with my cockatiel. Thanks for a great site. I am a member of a bird page on Facebook called Pet Cockatiel and Other birds and have already told them about your site. I have posted the picture of the stainless steel bucket because members are all over the world and especially in the US and of course they tend to show the pictures of items they buy in the US or England.   So I wanted to show Australian members that we can find the same in Australia. I have noticed that you sell the Pak O bird which I ordered from the US over in 2009 not knowing about your site at the time. It's a great carrier. Anyway I'll show the coco cluster to everyone since if Cocky likes it, many other birds will !!

When I got home from work a couple of days ago, I was excited to see our my parrot shop order was sitting on the verandah! Love the Get a Grip, Merlyn loves it, the cockatiels Misty and Nimbus love it, and Suki the greencheek conure loves it!! They are amazing and such a good toy! Also loved the sprout sprouter thingy I bought! Yes it works every time.

Got the 'Get a Grip' with many, many thanks!! Tell you what Miss Merlyn DID like, was the Smarty Ring toy! It actually lasted her the night! Loved the little beads under the discs and I put the disks back in the holes about 10 times before she got annoyed with me and wouldnt give it back!! Have draped the get a grip on the cage for her to get used to .. hopefully by the weekend I can hang it and she can start using it!! Again, many thanks,

Order (deep breath) #090316-094604-1083 (whew!) received, hung, immediately hopped all over and approved is a great success!  I am delighted with the Get-A-Grip small and so are my kakarikis.  It is very useful to me when you specifically say "for kakarikis" as I am new to parrots and had never heard of this wonderful breed before.  Thanks also for the free DVD which I am sure I shall enjoy, laugh over and feel smug about (having my birds where I can always see them)! Well my BIG box arrived today, and it's awesome! Henry has been checking out his new playstand,
and seems to love it! I have attached some photos. I also added a couple of MPS toys to the playstand as well for some extra colour and fun! Great product, even better than I expected! And

I just wanted to let you know we got your toys in the mail this morning and Dudley (my little green guy), absolutely LOVES them.  I can't say which one he loves the most, but in particular I think he likes the vine stick, as he loves to chew and dismantle things! The flower pot he finds very challenging, as he knows there is an almond inside but doesn't yet know how to open it. In the pics you'll notice him trying hard to figure the pot out *lol*.  And he loves trying to crack open the pony beads on the Talon Tangler! Just grand to watch him be so intrigued with his new toys :D Thanks for the wonderful toys, they are the BEST! :) I'm so happy you stock such wonderful toys to make my little green guy happy and occupied! :) :)

I was asking on a bird forum about a good online australian bird store, and many people suggested My Parrot Shop :) I really love your range of toys, they all look so great for my 2 guys, the only thing I would suggest is that you have a larger range of food (seedmixes, pellets, tropimix, Tropican, Passwell's, Harrison's, roudybush etc), then I would shop here for that aswell!  I can't wait to receive me goodies! I bet my 2 tiels can't either!

Great variety of toys and accessories. Site was easy to navigate around. I love that the toys are safe for birds - no dodgy lead paint for wooden toys, etc. I'd rather buy here, then feel worried about the ingredients / materials used in many of the commercial products I see in the big stores.

Thank-you so much for your information with our last order, it was very helpful.  This is our first hand reared bird. I had been looking for a site like yours for that bird bath for quite some time. Your site is fabulous and easy, it makes me feel like you have a very clean inviting shop.  Also your service is wonderful, we live in the middle of no where and sometimes you order things that need refills etc. and you don't realise until you receive the goods which then you got to order again and pay postage.  When I ordered the CFS dispenser food and treats you complimentary gave me the refills, thank-you so much.  Your range is great very different not the same as other pet shops, allot to choose from which can be difficult as I want them all at once but at least when one is ruined there is another different one. Once again a very big thanks and we will be purchasing again in the near future.

Today im pleased to tell you that I have recieved a DVD in the mail...it appears to be the second one sent as on the invoice it says its a replacement for the missing one. I really cant thank you enough for your assistance and fantastic service. I must admit, being ripped off online a few times before, I was starting to get a little worried about the arrival of the DVD but your service all the same is remarkable. I hadnt even contemplated getting a replacement sent out, only to get some help tracking down the orig package but your solution indeed solved any worries I had. You will also be hearing from me sometime soon with some more orders! Sure there was a slight hiccup but you rectified that beyond expectation, you've certainly won my business....that and the fact that you stock the most wonderful parrot supplies Ive personally seen  in Australia.

I just wanted to thank everyone at My Parrot Shop for the arrival of my first package of goodies yesterday! The toys are just fantastic! I've never bought anything online before, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was extremely happy when i opened the package. The quality of the toys is just great and the service was just as good! Caroline helped me and answered all my silly questions! And on to the real critic - Henry the Green Cheek Conure. He loves them!!! Especially the toys with the pieces of Cholla. I've attached a couple of photos, but being a Green Cheek, Henry can be a little moody at times and he particularly hates the camera, so getting a good photo can be a bit tricky! Haha. Anyway I will definately be purchasing Henry's toys and food from My Parrot Shop from now on, and I have forwarded your website address to all my Parrot-Parent friends. Thanks again!

Thanks for the order - I picked it up from my parents (its their po box) yesterday.  Coco (our macaw) has already discovered how to get into the chest - you insert your beak in the back and pull really hard!!!!  Trust her to find the easy way into anything. I haven't given her the leather chew toy yet - she is going to love it. Shredding is her favourite thing, next to hanging upside down, and her all time favourite thing is shedding WHILE hanging upside down.  The other toys - the figure 8 etc - have met with various interest but I am putting them away for a later toy rotation.  The wheel toy is popular so she has that to play with right now. Love the great ideas for interesting toys, I've been having difficulties finding toys that will keep my boys busy and encourage them to use their brains. J.J loves chewing leather and before I know it he has chewed the top of the toy, the whole thing falls off and thats that. S I also love the idea of refills and parts, thats absolutley great!!
