This super useful mini parrot stand has been made right here in Australia for the My Parrot range. As usual with any bird product under the brand My Parrot, all its metal components are entirely Stainless Steel for the ultimate safety of your feathered treasures.

Not just the base, but the screws, bolts, wing nuts and even the welding is Stainless Steel 304. This means that not only is it non-toxic for when your parrot has a nibble, it also makes it very durable. This product should last you a life time.

The 30cm (12") wide perch is a natural branch of eucalyptus or stringy bark, a comfortable and natural perching material preferred by any parrot and easily replaced whenever you wish, with a branch cut from your own garden or by purchasing a refill branch here. To attach all you need is a phillips head screwdriver.

Three sizes of perch are available with this stand:

Small - approx 3/4" diameter (budgies, cockateils, ring necks and small conure (eg green cheek) sized birds)
Medium - approx 1-1/4" diameter (large conures, alexandrines, galahs, small amazons and similar sized birds)
Large - approx 2" diameter (for eclectus through to large macaws and cockatoos)

Easy to transport and store, this training T-Perch can easily function on the table or floor. It can be extended anywhere from its starting point of 25-28cm high (depending on which size perch you have attached to it) to approximately 41-44cm (17") high. This allows for birds with long tails.

A nice flat base (with the bolt to hold the upright in place being countersunk) means no wobbling. The inside upright rod is circular to allow for smooth extending and shortening of the stand without getting stuck.

Of course you are not limited to using this bird stand simply for training, obviously it can be used as a temporary perch wherever you want your parrot to be. Take her round the house with you, use it as a travel perch when you take your bird on holiday. And don't get stuck in a rut thinking you can only have a small straight perch attached. The base is sturdy enough to take a multi-prong branch. You could happily attach some of the critterbrite quick lock crocks to it for a feeding station as well.
