The Coconutty parrot toy is a complete coconut with skin, husk and nut shell all hanging on untreated abaca rope. Only the flesh is removed. Just let the shredding begin! (Be prepared to sweep!)

Your bird will be intrigued by the variations in colour and feel of the materials to be chomped and chewed in this bird toy. Once the skin is off, there is the fibrous husk to work on (nearly an inch thick) and then inside of that is yet another toy. The final layer of the coconut is the durable hard shell. With the pre-dilled holes you have the opportunity to use this toy as a great foraging toy, stuffing it full of food or toys (see the Holeykamoly for ideas) for your feathered friend to prise out.

Cleaning: Clean with water and a brush. It is safe to submerge this toy in water to help loosen any stuck food.
